Volunteer Promises to Pay for Cement Cost for Masjid Tawheed Ede

An undisclosed young Muslim philanthropist has offered to pay for the cost of cement for the construction of the first floor of the ongoing Masjid Tawheed Project in Ede, Osun State Nigeria. 

According to Ustaadh Qaasim Awwal, the project manager, who made the revelation on Friday 16th August after the Jumah Prayer, the 600 bags of cement pledged to be paid for by the philanthropist is to cost the sum of one million, four hundred and thirty-five thousand naira. He said the philanthropist has promised to make the donation in instalments and has already dropped a sum of four hundred thousand naira some days back. 

Ustaadh Qaasim Awwal further called on the worshippers in the Masjid to do more in the weekly contributions saying further that for the first floor to be ready for use, more granite has to be bought so also is more iron, sand, bamboo and planks.
